FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a website cost?
A starter brochure website begins from £800. A more comprehensive business site with blog, portfolio, and enhanced SEO typically runs £1,200–£1,500. Custom builds and eCommerce are quoted per project.
Do you build websites in Kent?
Yes — I work with businesses across the whole of Kent, from Maidstone and Canterbury to Folkestone and Margate. Most of the work is done remotely, but I'm happy to meet in person too.
How long does it take?
A starter site typically takes 2–3 weeks. Larger business sites usually take 3–5 weeks. The biggest factor is how quickly you can provide content — the faster you can, the faster I build.
Do you do WordPress websites?
Yes. I use WordPress for sites that benefit from easy content management, and custom PHP for projects where WordPress would be overkill. I'll recommend the right approach for your needs.
What happens after the website is live?
You can leave it with me for hosting (from £25/month with support included), manage it yourself, or arrange ad-hoc updates as needed. There's no obligation beyond the initial build.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Absolutely. If your current site looks dated, doesn't work on mobile, or just isn't getting results, I can redesign it from scratch or give it a targeted refresh.
